Meet Our Educators

Racquel

I believe Early Childhood Educators play an important role in each child’s life and I believe our students are our future. Each one of our students has the potential to bring something unique and special into the world. It is a privilege and honor to work alongside the children’s families to ensure the children feel safe, secure and supported. My aim is for our children to explore in a creative, challenging and stimulating environment whilst having fun, engaging with their peers and learning through play.

Louise

My role as a teacher involves maximizing the learning experiences for all children. This is attainable by accommodating physical, social and intellectual needs, learning styles, diversity of culture, linguistics, religion and socioeconomic backgrounds, as well as promoting social interactions, a stimulating learning environment and student interest. My pedagogy encompasses inclusivity, respect and positive relationships as vital factors in achieving outcomes and creating a valuable learning environment for all.

Kristin

As a play therapist and early childhood teacher, I believe that children need to have access to positive, sensitive and nurturing educators as children’s early relationships have a major influence on their learning and development. My personal philosophy is shaped by Vygotsky and Piaget who emphasized the importance of relationships and interactions between children and other peers or adults. Like Maria Montessori, I also believe that the environment is an important factor for children’s learning. I enjoy creating a natural, organised and warm classroom environment that helps children to feel grounded and relaxed at preschool.

Bec

My aim as an educator is to provide a loving, caring, safe and environment that is welcoming, warm and inclusive of all cultures, nationalities, abilities and family situations. I believe that children have the right to have their needs met and receive the proper education while in care. I aim to implement educational programs and an environment that reflects both individual and group needs, and one that promotes each child’s interests, culture, learning, development and individuality through play.

Clare

I believe in providing a safe, positive, fun and nurturing environment where we can guide children in to the next stage of development with confidence in themselves and an excitement for continued learning. Children need the assurance of being loved and cared for, whilst they are enjoying an educational curriculum, full of choices, options and responsibilities to develop their learning. I believe in providing holistic values as they develop and follow their interests in a stimulating and ever-changing environment.

Tiffany

My philosophy involves treating each child respectfully as the special and unique individual they are. Since I primarily work in the kitchen, I aim to inspire a love of nutritious food by encouraging tasting new foods, role modelling enjoying a variety of nutritional foods and talking about the different ingredients and meals. I also wish for each child to feel valued, safe and cared for which I hope in turn inspires them to use these positive behaviors with their interactions with peers and other relationships. Lastly, I want them to have fun!

Joyce

Each child is unique with different interests, backgrounds, and developmental stages. I will always be passionate, patient, caring, fair and fun to ensure children are being loved and cared for while they are enjoying the educational environment. Security and trust form the basis of my relationship with each child.
