“I strive to make the most caring, loving, comfortable and exciting environment I can for the children I care for. I believe that building strong relationships with the children and families is so important and is the foundation for children being able to thrive whilst in care. I believe in a holistic approach with learning, and I also draw a lot from the Steiner philosophy, which believes that young children learn with their head, heart and hands. In continuation from this, I enjoy being creative and like to encourage this from those around me!”
