I believe all children should feel welcomed in a safe, warm environment where they feel like they belong. The first 5 years of a child's life is the most important so I believe all children should be provided with educational, fun play based curriculum to encourage them to grow into unique individuals. I believe its important to communicate with families to gain information about the children's interest, beliefs and traditions. All children and their families should be respected and treated equally.
