I believe being a passionate Educator is essential as the Childrens needs are my priority. I believe that all children bloom at their own pace, it’s important I make all children feel a strong sense of belonging, being and becoming. It’s my opinion that all children need to feel safe and secure in their environment, they should feel respected and protected. I will always use a calm caring gesture to nurture these children as they grow.
