I believe all children should feel welcomed in a safe, warm environment where they feel like they belong. The first 5 years of a child’s life is the most important so I believe all children should be provided with educational, fun play based curriculum to encourage them to grow into unique individuals. I believe its important to communicate with families to gain information about the children’s interest, beliefs and traditions. All children and their families should be respected and treated equally.

I believe that every child deserves to feel safe, valued, respected, and genuinely connected within their learning environment. Positive relationships are at the heart of my practice, and I strive to create a warm and nurturing space where children feel confident to be themselves, take risks in their learning, and develop a strong sense of belonging.

I view children as capable, competent, and active participants in their own learning. Through play, exploration, creativity, and meaningful interactions, I encourage children to discover their strengths, follow their interests, and develop the skills they need to become confident and resilient learners.

I recognise that every child is unique, bringing their own experiences, abilities, culture, and perspectives. As an educator, I am committed to providing inclusive learning opportunities that celebrate individuality, support children’s wellbeing, and foster a lifelong love of learning. By working collaboratively with families and building strong relationships with children, I aim to create meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, imagination, and growth.

As an educator I believe children should be provided a comfortable, safe and Fun environment to support and nurture them as they learn and grow. Children should have Involvement with planning and implementing their own learner aswell as given an opportunity to form bonds with educators.

As early childhood educator I believe that each child is an independent learner who moves at their own pace. I also believe that it is important to have a safe atmosphere for children to come to each day where they feel safe and appreciated, as a result, I place a high value on developing positive, meaningful connections and relationships with each child.

With over 10 years in the childhood sector, I have learnt every child is unique and my role is to guide them through learning using play-based learning activities within their learning environments. I provide activities based on the children’s individual interests and capabilities and I am dedicated to providing environments that are safe and inviting as well as inclusive for all children.

My goal is to nurture confident individuals who are equipped to thrive. Both inside and outside of their classrooms.

As an Early Childhood Educator, I believe that each child is unique, curious and capable. Growing up in a large family, with lots of younger siblings and cousins, I have always enjoyed helping children learn and grow and understand their different stages of development emotionally, physically, socially and cognitively. I am very committed to building meaningful relationships with each child to truly understand their individual needs, interests and ways of learning to best support their growth. I believe that children learn from intentional play in these early years and learn best in environments they feel secure and safe in, with comfortable and positive relationships. I aim to foster an inclusive environment in which each child feels safe, valued, supported and included.

I believe in creating a warm, inviting and holistic environment by planning exciting and engaging experiences that involve a range of different skills the children will use and master. Experiences should serve a purpose greater than just development. I love nature and have experience in a Reggio-Emilia inspired service. Being in nature and using natural materials in a variety of ways, allows children to have access to open ended play, investigation and sensory experiences. I advocate for children’s personal interpretation in the arts and creative play and strongly believe it is about the process and not the end product. Having a strong connection, open honest communication with families is what allows me to help each child reach their full potential, feel safe, comfortable and have fun.

With many years in childcare and as a mum of two boys, I’m passionate about creating fun, engaging experiences that build confidence, spark and curiosity, and support a love of learning. I aim to create an inclusive space where every child feels safe and valued.

I believe that each child is an individual and as an educator, I will value and develop each child’s strengths, interests, skills, abilities and knowledge to extend their learning. I believe in letting children learn through play. I will provide opportunities for children to explore, discover, create and imagine. I believe children should be given a choice in the way they learn according to their interests, skills and development to a level where I can give the children the best opportunity to play and learn at their own pace, whilst also encouraging them to grow and reach their goals. I believe in cultural diversity and that every child has the right to belong and be included. I like to implement the Reggio Emilia philosophy into my curriculum and believe that the environment the children learn in has a big impact on children’s learning. I strive to develop safe, trusting and respectful relationships with the children and their families and develop these throughout the years. I believe all children have the right to feel safe and secure, with a real sense of belonging to our community irrespective of their culture, religion or background

My personal philosophy as an educator, is to create a safe, warm and welcoming environment where every child feels valued, respected, and confident to be themselves. I believe children learn best through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences, and I enjoy supporting their natural curiosity as they ask questions, imagine, and discover the world around them. I see each child as a unique and capable individual, with their own strengths, interests, and ideas. I am passionate about advocating for children and empowering them to have a voice in their own learning, encouraging them to express themselves with confidence. Building strong, positive relationships with children and their families it important to me. I strive to work in partnership with families to support each child’s growth and development, while creating a nurturing environment where they feel safe to learn, play and grow

All children need assurance of being cared for, safe and included. Feeling loves, valued and wanted as they explore and enjoy being with others when they are away from their loved ones. Teaching and caring for children is my passion and I believe security and trust are two very important components as well as my devotion and relationships with each child in my care. I believe that every child is an individual. As as educator I value and strive to develop all children’s strengths, interests, skills abilities and knowledge, providing them with opportunities to explore, discover, create and imagine, extending on their learning.

I believe that children learn through play. I will help them to be creative and grow every day. Each child is an individual and I will help them to develop their skills and learning as individuals.

As an educator, I seek to form close relationships with each child under my care, and their families. I see each child as a unique individual with a great capacity to learn and able to make positive contributions to those around him or her. I strive to provide an environment where children and families from different cultural backgrounds feel welcomed and accepted.

Going into Early Childhood, I want the children to safe and welcomed in my company. I want to provide an environment to them that they can build and learn in. This stage in their lives is important because they start to make memories, taking first steps and saying new words. I believe that giving them the help and courage, alongside support and care will highly benefit their future. We as educators carry a big role in the centre, families and guardians have trust in us to care for their children and want to be able to fulfil that trust.

I am entirely grateful to be welcomed into the Leaps and Bounds family, and I am excited to continue this journey with everyone.

As an educator, I believe that children should have a fun-filled activity learning environment. I believe children thrive when being able to have fun and learn at the same time. All children should feel cared for, safe and confident in education. I seek to build strong, close relationships with the children and their families. I want to push toward a surrounding where all cultures and beliefs feel like they belong. I believe that every child is an individual and has their own individual way of how they learn, so I will understand to adapt to each child’s way of learning.

I am excited to be completing my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education with Leaps and Bounds

As a trainee educator I believe it is very important to provide a safe and welcoming environment for the children each and every day. This is essential, as children become more involved in their learning and development when they are comfortable. I understand that every child moves at different places in life and that sometimes you need to adjust to that child’s need. I believe it is very important to create positive and meaningful relationships with each child and their families.

I look forward to completing my Cert 3 with Leaps & Bounds Preschool.

As individuals we all have different pallets of taste, texture and likes and as a mum myself I know how reluctant children may be when trying new meals. Taking this into consideration, I collaborate with children and their families to cater for their individual needs. My meals are always full of colour and have plenty of choices to encourage children to try new things.
