I believe in creating a warm, inviting and holistic environment by planning exciting and engaging experiences that involve a range of different skills the children will use and master. Experiences should serve a purpose greater than just development. I love nature and have experience in a Reggio Emilia inspired service- being in nature and using natural materials in a variety of ways allows children to have access to open ended play, investigation and sensory experiences.
I am a big advocate for children’s personal interpretation in the arts and creative play and strongly believe it is about the process and not the end product. Having a strong connection, open honest communication with families is what allows me to help each child reach their full potential, feel safe, comfortable and have fun.
