Penelope Swinney: Approved Provider
I am a trained teacher and a dedicated mum to three beautiful children. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with families, and work alongside passionate teachers and educators to ensure children receive the best education. I believe all children are unique and capable, with their own interests and passions. As teachers it is our job to explore those interests, nurture those passions and instill a belief in each child that they are capable, resilient and can make a difference in our world.

Yana : Preschool Director
I am an experienced teacher and mum to four unique and wonderful children. I have a great passion for early childhood education and believe that it lays the foundation for young children to build upon for the rest of their lives. My personal philosophy is that every child deserves an environment where they feel safe and secure and are supported and nurtured to become strong, capable, and resilient individuals. I believe that this starts with knowing each child and their family and creating inclusive and play-based programs that focus on developing the whole child. I love to share my knowledge with families and educators and build a culture of open communication and shared experience within our community.

Andrezza: Assistant Director / Room Leader
I started my early childhood career because I am truly passionate about children and on this path, I get to spend my time working towards making a child’s world meaningful, I love watching children grow and provide support through this process. I believe that working in partnerships with my families is the key for the success, I am always available for a chat, please come and see me! The phase that describes best my beliefs as an educator is “receive children in reverence, educate them in love, and let them go forth in freedom.” from Rudolf Steiner. In the Wallaby room we will be considering every aspect of the child's growth with an emphasis on the heart, hands and mind.

Gail: Room Leader
I believe children need the assurance of being loved and cared for and that children should be treated with respect and dignity to feel safe and secure. Children should be given choices, responsibilities, and opportunities to initiate their own learning through play and social interactions with their peers. Security and trust are very important components as well as my relationship with each child. My philosophy is about building on children’s interests to help facilitate their learning. Each child is unique and learns in their own way. I believe that strong relationships with families and care givers are essential in any child’s development.
